I've cooked pasta many times before. But i mainly used tomato or carbonara sauce. And I usually toss in just 1 ingredient, mostly prawns. But this time I bought quite a number of ingredients so I decided to prepare something nicer....

Let's call this set "Mushroom Madness"!

Okay I know, it may not look impressive BUT IT'S DAMN NICE KAY. NO, REALLY!!!

Spaghetti + Marks & Spencer's Mushroom Sauce. Yum. Credits to Marks & Spencers. Topped off with parsley flakes. To make it look professional. YUMMMMM.

Cooked some chicken meatballs then tossed in some shiitake mushrooms then some onions then the ever so delicious Marks & Spencers mushroom sauce again and *BOOMZ*! You've just got yourself a nice little mushroom + chicken meatball side dish. It looks crappy from the picture BUT ITS DAMN NICE OKAYYY!!!

Anyways. I'm pretty much emo-ing over 2 things right now.

My skin and my project.

My skin was never THIS bad before. sure, 4 years I had rashes over my skin but my face never turned that red before. And my face is peeling. Like shedding lol. I'm going to emerge as a red butterfly soon. Real soon. Even after a nice pair of new specs and a nice fringe, the redness of my face screws up my overall looks. Damn this.

And my project! I got an honorable mention for the CyberFair competition. Sure, it's called honorable mention but we are definitely not feeling honored at all. We could have gotten a much better result than that. If the website didn't screw up. God knows what happened -- the website was lock & loaded and good to go when I first uploaded. Then we left it to rot there and somehow it started to hate me and made 2 of its webpage die off. I only realised it a few days ago. And so our chances of getting a platinum/gold/silver/bronze were gone. Screw this.

Argh.

I have decided. I'm gonna start a food porn series. Got inspired by the blog by Rozz of 98.7FM. And that means I would probably end up something like him.

Ahh. Especially when the theme for this food porn list is...

hamburgers. Hamburgers from famous fast food outlets. Not those huge and tenderlicious ones that you get in other restaurants where they actually use 100% meat. or at least more meat than those in fast food restaurants. And well my list only applies to fast food restaurants in Singapore [duhhhh =_= ].

5. McDonalds: Big Mac

It's overrated. I don't know why, but Big Mac is the best selling burger in the world. I think. The beef patties are really thin!!! The only thing I like about the Big old mac is its sauce. And onions. Basically everything other than the meat itself. The meat can be pretty dry at times too. Urgh. Just give me the recipe for the special sauce and I would dump it on any other burger.

4. Swensen's: Mega Burger

Burger porn at its very best. Personally I'd rank this higher, but well Swensen's isn't really a fast food restaurant and this one costs more money. They just spam everything they can think of into the burger, and somehow it still feels okay. And I know, it's supposed to be a mega burger but really, who puts a beef patty, ham and bacon all into one burger? Again, it still tastes pretty good, though you would have to use fork&knife to eat this one. Beef, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and an egg. Mega isn't the right word - it's an understatement. You definitely have to share this burger with another person.

3. Carls Jr.: Carl's Catch

This fish sandwich pwns Mac's Filet-O-Fish and any other fishie burgers out there. Hands down. When I first bought it, I was shocked. IT'S HUGE. Well that was one of the first times I ate Carls Jr. so I wasn't used to seeing such big burgers. And they don't use those kind of fish patties like the ones you see in Mac and BK. They use fish&chips style of...fish. Nice.

2. Carls Jr.: Western Bacon Cheeseburger

This one's a beast. It's all about meat and crisps, and again it is HUGE. Eat one of these and you can skip the next meal. It's really filling. Couple of bacon strips, two slices of cheese, nice meaty beef patty (two nice-meaty-beef-patties if you choose double, duh.), crispy onion rings (YES!! you got that right, there's onion rings inside the burger! my fav part!) and yummy BBQ sauce. Yummy and filling.

1. Burger King: Croissan'Wich Turkey Ham

The ultimate breakfast burger. It doesn't look filling, doesn't look yummylicious, and it looks kinda plain, but HELL it's awesome. Simple yet scrumptious. I'd eat this for lunch and dinner too. Anytime. The croissant is soooo fluffy it makes me wanna cry. So soft.....and I usually don't like ham but somehow BK managed to convince me that ham is da best for breakfast. Still think the best part is its buttery and fluffy croissant, and along with it's mini hashbrowns and a cup of warm coffee, it makes the ultimate ultimate ultimate fast food breakfast.

I'm a record breaker. 1 year without posting and here I'm back. Dead is an understatement for this blog.

Back to my point.

Many famous peeps like einstein said success is 99% hard work and 1% luck.

Apparently not.

I mugged so frickin hard for geog for T1 and T2 and yeah thanks to megan chan she extended my failing streak of geog to 3 tests in a row. lets hope on thursday that number wont go up by 1 yeah? D7 D7 E8........CMON I NEED AN A1. Geog pulled down my MSG by an awesome 0.8. Yay. Got A1 for math and triple sciences and *BOOMZ* megan chan shitted on my MSG.

Okay lets see what interesting/impt things happened between this post and the last. I shall try to summarize em up.

1. EOY results sucked. and really badly. Everything screwed up. Failed bio/geog for EOYs. Didn't get exemption for Maths, instead I got exempted from chem. Argh.

2. Liverpool sucked. suck is an understatement. Benitez should sell riera and insua. I think both are great on left flanks but face it we got better talents. Benayoun/Babel/Maxi can play left wing. and we've got Agger/Carra/Johnson/Kyrigiakos/Skrtel/M.Kelly for defence. Thats waaaaay to many defenders. And imo lucas/ngog should stay even though i hate em. not enough midfields/forwards considering so many injuries.

3. Beijing Satellite Campus. and that was last year. It totally rocked. Kinda sucky that there weren't any girls *hehehe*. But hey since there wernt any girls....the fun got crazier and wilder :)))) Only regretted one thing. DIdn't discover the anime SHOPPING MALL early enough. In the end only spent 1 hour there. Will miss everything, including the frequent mass gaming sessions of CS. Damn.

4. Integrated Boarding School Programme. Stayed there for about 3 months and withdrew when I found it wasn't doing any good to my grades. But I had lotsa fun, yeah. Thanks to Fangxu, Chunyat, Danny, MrSng, MrTanCG, MsWongHC, MsTanSH and other BS peeps. Really enojyed life there, esp the fun we had, from the daily routine of going down to Blue Tea to the fun times we had during scoop sessions -_-. And also had lotsa FUN visiting tancg's room everyday lol.

5. Table mates. Somehow every year I dont get fixed table mates. And some went to 4Q. Sec 1 I had Nicholas and Chih Hsuan and Jun Yu. Sec 2 I had Chih Hsuan and Max. Sec 3 I had...shit I forgot...and Darrel/Wankit. and Sec 4 I had Junhao and Jiahong. Thanks guys :)

6. I just realised point 5 wasnt supposed to be part of my summarization of the period between the 2 posts. Damn.

7. I sense this whole post sucks and nobody is gonna read it anyways. Since its so bloody dead.

sorry to the many many many many fans out there but i seriously think this show SUCKS. first of all. i saw a few scenes when i was slacking in front of e TV (eh doesnt make sense...when ur in front of e TV ur obviously slacking....)...okay okay when i was slacking and watching TV and i saw e few scenes, their acting SUCKS. SERIOUSLY. SUCKS. SUCK SUCK SUCK. okay maybe not that bad, but man. i mean u compare it to the what "xin hua duo duo kai" or watever is called. the show after channel 8 news @ 6:30pm. they chose the right actors, they acted really good (even the children) and personally i think is a freaking better show than little nyonya. their acting at some points were pretty fake. the only unique thing about the show is abt the peranakan stuff or furniture or sumthin like that. that one really good, the background and stuff. BUT. the story line is really SHIT. i mean is like most love stories goes like this: 2 ppl either know or dunno each other; they meet; either like or dont like each other at 1st sight; then a problem happens and they hate each other; then gradually they become together again. i mean like thats what everyone wants, the 2 main characters who are male and female who were SUPPOSED to be together to be....together RIGHT?? then this show is really crap, in the end they didnt get to be together. and SUMMORE. after ppl complain, then they go make another ending for it. really lame sia. even newspaper criticise. "hua she tian zu". lol. but at least i think the actual ending is good for me. because i think joanne peh is like MUCH prettier than jeanette aw. ha. wrong choice of characters, though i doubt joanne peh even has the looks of a main character. but still, shes prettier yea.

okay time to upload some pics. and these pics are from...a special mcdonald outlet! near my mothers office, and ITS GOD DAMN COOL! its at bras basah there, near raffles city/carlton hotel/bras basah complex. only that outlet have such cool design, and got 2 new food items specially for that outlet. one is called snack wrap and the other is shakka shakka chicken. the snack wrap has cheese veges and spicy chicken...something like KFC's bandito pocket, but 1000x worse. not nice. but SHAKKA SHAKKA CHICKEN DAMN NICE HEHE. though its just a piece of chicken, if u mix it with the powder, its very nice and tasty. just look at the pics.

wah my djmax skills nt bad sia.

unlocked 48 songs in 4B mode, of which i max combo all songs except "Brain Storm" (lvl 12). like cry out loud, i unlocked 42 songs in 5B mode, and i max combo "BRAND NEW DAYS 5B"!!! OH MY GOD! and why am i so happy? bcoz that song i fever x5 four times in a row SIA!! i mean if u link battle u can x5 very easily but when u play on your own nt often x5, only selected songs can x5 one. and i also max combo "brandnewdays HD" (lvl 10) in 4B! how cool is that?

you know 4B has 4 stages right? but if all 4 songs you get a damn high judgement say 96%+ or 98%+ you can play a bonus song. and its damn nice! the song is called "Your Own Miracle". its the song in the intro vid i think. very nice. woohoo!

so far in freestyle i play songs in this order: "IKARUS 4B" (lvl 8), "Bye Bye Love 4B" (lvl 8), "Brandnew Days HD 4B" (lvl 10), and finally "Brandnew Days 5B" (lvl 8). and my current combo for these 4 songs is like 13783. coz of brandnewdays 5B my combo go up like some mad dog. the avg combo for each song is like what, 3445!

i nvr worked so hard in my life. on my own.
i topped maths overall.
i got my first A in humanitites.
i scored better than 3/5 of the class for history. or maybe 2/3.
i got an MSG below 2.00 which i nvr achieved before.
i got all grade As which i nvr achieved before.
i got into top 10 which i rarely achieve.
i tied with kengliang, beat people like sean, jingjie and chunyat. (sorry if there was any offence)
i was freaking happy about my results, up till yesterday.

i just had the best trip to korea in my life.
i just had a freakin nice tabletennis training sessions, thrashing ppl and owning them.
i got an iTouch for getting good results.
its just 5 more days to my bdae.

why did i get 1.57? why only that 0.07?

why am i considered the same level as that of ppl who got MSG more than 3?

why is it that people with an msg lousier than me still get into CSE?

i guess this is just a part of my life where it goes down.

lol i can make a bleach story out of my 1st day @ korea.

KOREA (BLEACH VERSION!)
after entering korea through the senkai gate or a "plane" as you humans call it, i stepped out only to see that captain hitsugaya was around as it was snowing. then we became quincys, after trying to hit that pig target with my crappy bow and arrow. and came the number eleven captain, zaraki kenpachi after i spotted him within our korea group wearing a jacket with that exact same design as it is in the anime. that diamond thing with the number 11 inside. ahhh run!!!!!

okok back to reality. 1st day was quite fun, and i was freakin jealous of eh...wait issit chris or william? wadeva his name was, he was wearing that number eleven jacket!!! yes, he watches bleach and he likes kenpachi i think. he printed it on his umbro jacket man. amazing. was from northvista secondary school. sec 4. but he towered over his brother who is in like VJC. hmm...but wait. that vjc guy looked so much like...CHUN YAT!! THE FACE THE EXPRESSION THE WAY OF ANSWERING QUESTIONS. hmm as if chunyat was in the korea trip. anyways...yea i went for some bow and arrow thing then got skiing and got everland + lotteworld and both are some sort of a mini-disneyland. and guess what?

er didnt really make sense of what i typed did i? okokokok i went for bowling on e second and third day and i freaking bowled more than a 100. not like i even bowl once a month but i actually hit 106. fyi hitting 9 points for every frame aint gonna get you a 100. i scored a strike and 2-3 spares i think. freaking happy. nearly beat my father with my best score to date in bowling. he got 112 man. but last time he could hit till nearly like 200+. he deproved a lot coz he didnt bowl for a freaking long period of time. prob 2+ years. he went for professional training hor. even got the gloves and his own bowling ball. but he doesnt use them anymore. sad.

really the funnest bestest wonderfulest trip i've had so far. maybe bcoz i could rmb more stuff and can try more stuff. like bowling 106 and beating the highest record in the aracade-basketball-thingy and getting praised by the tour guide for skiing well. damn. i need to learn more about "modesty".

excellent graphics, sound quality was like perfect, gameplay was nice with many weapons and moves, overall i think its one of e best games made for e psp. woots, they even made the mouth sync with the words? as in like if they pronounced any word, they made it as if they really spoke, with the lips and tongue touching...not like anime stuff. the bad side? god mode is really god-like. open a chestful of green orbs and it hardly heals your life -.- and its oso really hard to power up ur weapons in god mode. challenges also quite hard. but still its a damn fun game with unbelievable graphics. just like a ps2/3 game, just that its much shorter.

yay. reina is the better keeper that liverpool has and yea though he aint e best, currently we're havin clean sheets so who realli cares? or maybe most of the clean sheets were from the defence. carragher is like imbah. he controls the whole thing lor. without him the def is CRAP.and midfield is at its best. steven gerrard, riera and babel can be wingers or midfielders. but gerrard & riera can switch into central attacking or just a 2nd striker. babel too can be a striker - benitez often use him as one. though i dont really like kuyt, the forwards are like quite imbah. torres himself can just pwn the other team but i dunno about kuyt. but kuyt performed better recently....dunno lah. if i had a choice i'd buy drogba or at least someone better lah.
and on to substitutes. onli allowed 6, and i could i onli find 6. hehe. well keeper dunnid say, hes the onli choice i have. the others are like i nvr heard of? the 2 defenders are ok onli lah. best of what i could find. also, mascherano and benayoun at 1st were my centralmidfield/wingers. but i guess the others were better (still, they are also damn imba). and keane...havent seen him scoring, so i decided to put him as a sub.

latios, milotic

ok i cant believe this. im actually back to playing pokemon after like 2 years? LOL. and im playing like what? ruby =.= ...anyways i caught latios in 10 mins, and i bought 150 ultra balls and in the end i only used 30 -.= sianz. anw i formed another team, abandoning shedinja.

Team (i noe noob lvls coz i dun play pokemon tt much, and i love fire types):

Shiny Crobat (poison, flying, lvl 70, soothe bell): Fly, Poison Fang, Return, Giga Drain
Pros: If opponent is poisoned by poison fang, the effect is like toxic, and crobat can just fly and waste time while opponent die slowly bcoz of the poison. Also, giga drain helps recover and is effective against water. Return is also useful at times, bcoz soothe bell enhances the effect.
Cons: Very weak against electric and ice types. Giga drain is limited down to 5 pp. Poison fang doesnt deal a lot of damage, and opponent may not get poisoned anyway. Return deals damage - not too little or too much either, cant really expect much out of it. Only reason for keeping this crobat in my team? Its shiny.

Groudon (ground, lvl 69, soft sand): Fire Blast, Earthquake, Fissure, Solar Beam
Pros: All moves deal a HELL lot of damage. Esp groudon's ability is drought, which makes fire moves deal 50% more damage. This also makes solar beam into a 1-turn move, as drought makes the pokemon dunnid charge for solar beam. Moreover, groudon has soft sand as the item, increasing damage in ground type moves such as Earthquake. Fissure is a one-hit-ko move if it hit that is. Im planning to swap eruption for fissure.
Cons: Freaking LOW pp. Won't last in long battles. Fire beam has 5/5 pp, earthquake has 12/12 coz i used pp up, fissure or eruption will have 5/5pp and solar beam has 5/5. This adds up to only 27 moves for groudon before he'd start struggling. Definitely not used in long battles. And fire blast have a chance of missing, ESPECIALLY fissure. thats why im gonna replace fissure with eruption. Initially i wanted to swap this pokemon for Alakazam, as i dun hav any physcic pokemons or attacks, or perhaps a Latios, but I cant seem to do without Groudon's drought. And i wont be taking blaziken off the bench either. haiz.

Raquaza (dragon, flying, lvl 73, leftovers): Fly, Extremespeed, Outrage, Rest
Pros: Freaking high Att & Sp. Att stats. He also has quite a lot of HP, and with rest and leftovers, i doubt he'd ever be defeated. Also, Extremespeed will attack first and outrage deals quite a lot of damage even to non-dragon pokemons. Lastly, he wont be affected by any weather conditions like sandstorm or hail bcoz he has an ability to negate all these kinda effects. cool.

Mawile (steel, lvl 74, shell bell): Crunch, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Solar Beam
Pros: You wont believe this, but mawile can learn incredible attacks. Especially if Groudon comes out first, with his drought, Mawile's fire blast and solar beam are greatly enhanced. All moves deal great damage, and can deal with almost every type of pokemon.
Cons: SOME SHIT STATS. Of all my 6 pokemon, this guy has the lousiest stats. Well, cant expect much bcoz hes considered as a "noob" pokemon. Also, similar to groudon, he will only be good for short battles considering that his moves have little pp. Lastly, hes a pure steel type - weak to water, fire and ground which most trainers have in their pokemon team.

Blaziken (fire, fighting, lvl 77, soft sand): Blaze Kick, Earthquake, Sky Uppercut, Overheat
Pros: All except overheat has a fairly good amnt of pp and deals v. good dmg, esp after the help of soft sand and groudon's drought. Also, overheat is great for using as a finisher or if blaziken is in red health. Why? Because firstly, blaziken is a fire type and if he uses a fire type move, damage will increase by 50%. Secondly, Groudon's drought also increases the damage by i think 25% or 50% for fire type moves. Lastly, overheat itself deals a HELL lot of damage, and this will result in even more damage.
Cons: Weak to basic pokemon types like water, flying and ground. Using overheat will sharply decrease ur sp. attack, so its only wise to use it as your last and desperate attack.

overall i think this is the best of bleach so far. yup. probably i should give 9.9/10? hehe. love it.

Judo: B', C' boys champions. A' girls and A' boys got 2nd. So sad both of em lost to RJC. oh. so ur sayin theres onli DOUBLE champs and not quad? harhar. our sister school oso lar. For TnF i dunno e results for nanyang. but for judo, nanyang sweeped them both. NYGH: B', C' girls champions.

And...on to teachers day. updates. i am in teachers day OT. i am LOGISTICS. yay...thanks hongyi...wahey. had a bbq "party" at hongyi's house. ppl went included me, yixiang, chihhsuan, junyu, jon, dono, samlau, justin, max, mingao, and of coz hongyi. (sry if i miss out any.) wah damn fun =D. go his house then immediately play psp liao. and they oso plae wii. then after datz we went down then we play like hell in the playgrd.
